  • 2026-10-28: The three documents are written in a more formal style, with no change to what they promise apart from what follows. Career Coach AI Dev is now described as a career and job-search app: the terms' sections 3, 6 and 8 say you may use it for your own career and job search, not only a job search, and section 3 says the Preview is not offered to the public and joining it is voluntary. A new section 16, If you write to us, says what the Contact form keeps, for how long (90 days after it is marked done, 12 months at most, and its scrambled network form at most 24 hours), and that the app never sends a message to Claude; Purposes and legal bases, Retention and Your rights and choices name it, and a copy of your data, or word that it was deleted, is sent only to your Account's e-mail address, or to the address you wrote from if you have no Account. The terms' section 3 adds that you may ask for a copy of your data before the Preview ends. Some sections have new titles: the terms' 11, Ending your use, 12, Disclaimer and limitation of liability, 14, Governing law and disputes, and 15, Contact; the statement's Security incidents, Changes and Contact are now 17, 18 and 19. Who can see your information (section 7) and the reason in section 6 now say that turning Use Claude off, or taking back your agreement, makes notes already on the Fix list unreadable there, with their words erased thirty days later unless you turn it back on. Who can see your information (section 7) and the terms' section 8 now name the organization that develops and runs the app, not a person. The statement now also says how Career Coach AI Dev counts how it is used at the level you pick: Nothing, Totals only or Detailed, picked on Your counted record from Settings › Privacy, or from Counting at the foot of the public pages; nothing is counted until you pick, and a browser that sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track counts as Nothing (sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 12 and 13, with the terms' sections 4 and 9 and the Consumer health data privacy policy's section 3). Cookies and your device names the two cookies Counting may set, and says your browser's storage also keeps your place on a page while you use it. The terms' section 10 says V-Network Solutions may ask to quote exact words of yours on the landing page or the About page, used only after you say yes on Account › Quotes and never once you take that yes back. Sections 6, 7, 12 and 13 now name V-Network Solutions's own notes on an account: how a Tester came in, when they joined and V-Network Solutions's short notes, seen only by V-Network Solutions, never sent to Claude, left out of Download my data and deleted with the Account. Your rights and choices (section 13) now says how to ask to delete something, signed in or not, and that without signing in the name and e-mail address you give are kept with your request only to find what you mean and answer you, never sent to Claude. Retention (section 12) says a request to delete something is kept until it is done, then 12 months, and those details with it, and one sent without signing in 24 months after it arrives at the latest. Service Providers (section 10), Retention (section 12) and Your rights and choices (section 13) say what the app reads, keeps and does if you connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox where Career Coach AI Dev offers it, and how to disconnect it. The terms' section 8 names the other companies' trademarks (Claude and Anthropic, LinkedIn, Microsoft Word and Chrome) and says Career Coach AI Dev isn't made, sponsored or endorsed by any of them, which the public pages' footer no longer repeats. Who can see your information (section 7) now says what a link you share carries: Career Coach AI Dev's own card, never your words, and that a browser such as Chrome on an iPhone may add its own picture of your screen and the page's title, which Career Coach AI Dev cannot stop.
  • 2026-10-26: The three documents are now in numbered sections, with defined words in section 3 of the privacy statement, and the list of changes has its own page, Earlier versions and changes. Apart from what follows, what they promise is the same. Who can see your information (section 7) now says what the notice that something you sent was fixed holds: its page, the day you sent it, the release that fixed it and the day it was fixed, never your words, with Open, which shows the first note it names on Feedback you've sent. It also says V-Network Solutions's coding sessions may see a note's outline (its kind, page, day, version, device and state), never its words, your name, its picture or the lines under it, so the lead session can mark the release that fixed it. Retention (section 12) now also says that nothing in the archive is deleted sooner than 3 days after the choice changes and that the bell tells you 3 days before.
  • 2026-10-25: What you send V-Network Solutions now includes the lines you write under a note you sent, and Kept after you delete it says deleting a note takes V-Network Solutions's reply and your lines under it; those lines are never pasted or sent on. Notices by e-mail: if you turn them on in Settings, a short mail with no words of yours in it, to the address you joined with or confirmed, with a link that stops them (kept until sent, then 7 days). Where to compare pay is kept if you give it, and Market pay's look-up, if you turn it on and press Look up, sends your job title and those places to Claude, never your name, employer or pay. A new section, If you ask for access, says what the form for asking keeps, what it is used for, the at most one mail it sends and how to withdraw a request; Why it's used and How long things are kept name it too.
  • 2026-10-24: Sign-in records now say that a scrambled network fingerprint of each wrong sign-in code (not your address) is kept at most 24 hours, so one network's wrong codes do not lock you out from another, and that your IP address is never stored as an address.
  • 2026-10-24: Kept after you delete it now names joining two jobs and splitting a role beside merging people and companies, and says removing a role forgets their copies. Half price now says a result the app can't keep stays at Anthropic until Anthropic deletes it. Who can see it now says V-Network Solutions may reach the database to remove a person's details when they ask.
  • 2026-10-24: Health and support at work now says plainly what happens while its switch is off, and once it is turned off again: the Coach is told not to ask about your health (an instruction to Claude, not a block), and, in the privacy statement and the Consumer health data privacy policy alike, anything about your health you add anyway is kept and sent with the tasks that use it because you chose to add it, though you were asked not to.
  • 2026-10-24: Career Coach AI Dev may now invite people in Washington, Nevada and Connecticut too, so the terms no longer leave those states out. A new page, the Consumer health data privacy policy, says what the app does with information about your health: only what you write, with Health and support at work as your agreement, and how to ask, delete or ask again (within 45 days) if V-Network Solutions says no. Your choices gains a Health information item and the same 45-day line, and Other companies now says Better Stack keeps the log lines in Germany, in the European Union. How long things are kept now gives DigitalOcean's periods: database backups up to 7 days, its runtime logs a period it doesn't publish, and its build and deploy logs 90 days. Why it's used now says what happens to health words you add while Health and support at work is off. Changes, and the terms' 12, now say the date shows the day of the change.
  • 2026-10-24: Keeping a conversation warm (the one exception to "only when you press") now lasts up to 15 minutes after you message, not 30; turning it off leaves Anthropic's own 5-minute cache.
  • 2026-10-22: The privacy statement and the terms were revised after an agent review. They now name V-Network Solutions as the person responsible and say why each use happens and on what legal reason, list every right with a one-month answer and how to complain, and say which law applies and how a disagreement is settled. Settings › Privacy has two new switches: Health and support at work, off until you turn it on, and Keep my conversations warm, on until you turn it off. They say where your information is handled and what protects it, give Anthropic's longer keeping and where Claude runs, list GitHub among the companies, say that each request to Claude carries a code for your account, and match backups, deletions, logs, sign-ins and cookies to what the app does. The terms now say what Claude writes for you is yours to use, that the law may not protect AI text and Claude may write something similar for others, and what you let V-Network Solutions and the companies it uses do with your content, only to run Career Coach AI Dev for you; that company names and logos belong to their owners; that you add only what you have the right to; what you let V-Network Solutions do with feedback and its pictures; how anyone can tell V-Network Solutions if something uses their work or mark; and that the Coach is no lawyer, tax or financial adviser. V-Network Solutions gives 14 days' notice, with Download my data, before ending access.
  • 2026-10-21: How long things are kept now says an archived Coach conversation is deleted 30 days after you archive it, unless you restore it or choose 60 days, 90 days or never on Archived; nothing is deleted sooner than 3 days after the choice changes, and the bell tells you 3 days before.
  • 2026-10-20: What goes to Claude and the terms now say V-Network Solutions may send a note you sent on to a fix list kept in the app, which V-Network Solutions's coding sessions read through a private key: it holds the note's words without your name or e-mail until your account is deleted, the words are erased thirty days after the fix, a copy a session already read may stay in its record on V-Network Solutions's computer for up to 30 days and in V-Network Solutions's Claude account, deleting reaches the app's list alone, and a note is not sent on while Use Claude is off for your account.
  • 2026-10-20: What goes to Claude and Other companies now name the companies that run Company research's web searches for Anthropic (Brave Search, TurboPuffer and Parallel Web Systems), which see the search words Claude writes. Other companies now names Cloudflare, which DigitalOcean uses to carry traffic to the app and which sees your IP address, and says Microsoft keeps a delivery record of every e-mail the app sends for up to 90 days; Delete it says so too.
  • 2026-10-20: What goes to Claude's one exception to "only when you press" now covers practice, the career interview and the Getting started chat too: after you message the Coach, the interviewer in practice, the career interview or the Getting started chat, the app sends that conversation's request to Anthropic again every few minutes, the same content your message sent, for up to 30 minutes, to keep it in Anthropic's cache so your next message costs less. Each shows on AI usage under its own name (Keeping the Coach warm, Keeping a practice interview warm, Keeping a career interview warm, Keeping Getting started warm), and turning Claude off stops it.
  • 2026-10-19: What goes to Claude now names its one exception to "only when you press": after you message the Coach, the app sends that conversation's request to Anthropic again every few minutes, the same content your message sent, for up to 30 minutes, to keep it in Anthropic's cache so your next message costs less. It shows on AI usage as Keeping the Coach warm, and turning Claude off stops it.
  • 2026-10-19: What the app keeps and How it's stored now say a Claude key you add, or one V-Network Solutions uses for your account, is kept encrypted. Who can see it now says V-Network Solutions sees whether you use your own Claude key, whether it works and how many calls you make on it, never what they cost, and may pay for your calls with a key of their own. The terms say a Claude key pays on that key's account.
  • 2026-10-18: Who can see it now lists what V-Network Solutions sees on a tester's page to help with troubleshooting: the kinds of device you're signed in on, whether two-step sign-in is on, whether your last Claude call was Mock or Live, the errors you met and the Claude calls that didn't finish, never what you wrote. What the app keeps and How long things are kept now list the errors you met (the newest 50, for 90 days).
