V-Network Solutions builds tools that make everyday work easier and technical solutions that help people work more efficiently. Career Coach Dev is its focus.
How it's run
Made and run by one person.
Career Coach Dev is made and run by V-Network Solutions, a trade name used by a private person, not a registered company.
One person builds it, reads the requests to join and the notes testers send, and answers messages sent through Contact. It carries no advertising, and it's free while it's in testing.
Career Coach Dev is for anyone with a career, in any line of work, whether you're looking for a job or not. It's meant to be plainly on your side: it works from your own record, nothing about you is sold or used for advertising, and nothing goes out in your name unless you send it yourself.
Where it's headed, as goals and not features: connecting serious recruiters with strong candidates, a skill evaluation you take once and reuse instead of the same test for every employer, and an end to ghost jobs and interviews held only to test the market. None of these is in Career Coach Dev today.
Its AI tasks and the Coach run on Claude, a model made by Anthropic. The Coach is an AI and can be wrong. It isn't a person or a professional career counselor, so check what it writes before you rely on it or send it. Career Coach Dev is made by V-Network Solutions, and isn't made or endorsed by Anthropic.
What it promises
Your data is yours.
Here is what happens to what you write down.
- Nothing about you is sold, used for advertising, or shared for anyone else's use.
- When you press an AI button, what that task needs goes to Claude, made by Anthropic. After you message the Coach or another of the app's chats, that conversation is sent again for up to 15 minutes, so your next message costs less, unless you turn that off in Settings › Privacy.
- Nothing goes into your career record until you've checked it: what was read from an imported resume, and each change the Coach suggests.
- Career Coach Dev doesn't apply for jobs for you, and nothing goes out in your name unless you send it yourself.
- Delete your account at any time from Account › Delete my account. It leaves the app at once; backups clear within 7 days and Anthropic's copy usually within 30, and the few records kept longer are listed in Privacy and terms, under Your rights and choices.
- For a copy of your data, ask through Contact.

I'm a NetSuite engineer, and I like using technology to solve problems. Most of my work has been automation: finding the repetitive tasks that eat up people's time and building something to handle them.
I started Career Coach about two years ago to make job hunting easier for someone close to me. I set it aside for a while, then came back to it for myself and for others. A career is long, and the stories in it get lost or mixed up over time. A database remembers much longer.
Job searching has become too complicated. Everyone wants something personal, but very little of it is. Career Coach is my attempt to bridge what is personal and what is efficient. You can dump rough notes about what you did, work through them later with cards and interviews, and use that record to tailor a resume or letter for each job without starting over.
I built it for anyone with a career, not only people who are looking right now. I'd like it to be a place you keep coming back to, so your record keeps growing and you can see the value of your work. Down the road, I'd like to help serious recruiters and strong candidates find each other without wasting everyone's time. That is a goal, not something Career Coach does today.
V-Network Solutions is the name I started about ten years ago to host my own tech projects. It is my full-time work now, and I'd love for it to stay that way. I'm not here to make people give up something to get help. I like building tools that make life easier and open up more possibilities.
Fittingly, this section started as a conversation. I asked Career Coach to interview me for the About page, and I think the results speak for themselves.
