What this form keeps. Your topic, name, e-mail address and message, so V-Network Solutions can answer you, and a scrambled form of your network (never your address or browser), used only to count messages and stop floods of them, and kept at most 24 hours. Only V-Network Solutions reads your message. It’s deleted 90 days after it’s marked done, and 12 months after it arrives at the latest. The app never sends it to Claude, and it isn’t linked to an account, so Delete my account doesn’t reach it: ask through this form to have it deleted. A reply comes from V-Network Solutions’s own e-mail and stays in their mailbox. More in Privacy and terms, under If you write to us.
